AlpVision participated in the 5th China International Import Expo in November. President Xi Jinping conducted this opening. During the six-day event, over 10,000 visitors from over 145 countries attend. The Swiss Center also invited the new Swiss ambassador in China, Mr. Jürg Burri. The ambassador personally met with Lucien Zhao, our China office Manager.
Mr. Xi Jinping expressed that China particularly appreciates Switzerland’s neutrality. He also insisted that countries should “practice true multilateralism”. Switzerland has had a free trade agreement with China since 2013, which is a great opportunity for AlpVision because China is an ever-growing market for anti-counterfeit solutions.
