AlpVision SA is one of the world leaders in the field of technologies for the authentication of counterfeit products, protecting over 30 billion products every year worldwide. Our company headquarters are in Vevey, where all R&D and commercial strategy are carried out. We cover China and the USA with two offices.

The company consists of 14 people, and the internal hierarchy is quite flat and flexible. It is still managed and owned by the two founders who launched it as a startup 18 years ago. The company is profitable and financially healthy, and its performance has never been so high in its entire history. Most of our team have high education profiles (master of sciences, PhD).

It is also important to underline that AlpVision is constantly exploring new innovations and commercial opportunities. In practice, this means that the sales activity will not be restricted to our core field of authentication but will also target totally new directions like artificial intelligence or biotech. Therefore, the assistant will be able to experience not only the marketing process of our already proven technologies but also learn the full journey from the most disruptive ideas to profitable business directly with people who have a successful 18-year track record of doing so.

Sales person — Switzerland & EU

Role summary

We’re looking for a motivated salesperson to grow adoption of AlpVision technologies across Switzerland and Europe. You’ll build pipelines, convert opportunities, and create direct links between prospects and AlpVision’s senior team to increase our sales with a focus on profitability.

Your main responsibilities will include, among others

  • Identify and qualify new prospects in target industries.
  • Nurture and follow up existing leads and opportunities.
  • Present AlpVision’s technology, ecosystem and business value to brand owners.
  • Propose and validate new industry verticals and use cases.
  • Represent AlpVision at industry events and conferences.
  • Organize and run meetings between prospects and AlpVision top management to advance contract talks.
  • Travel when required.

The impact you’ll have

You’ll be instrumental in expanding AlpVision’s footprint in CH and EU — turning technology interest into commercial deployments and long-term customer relationships.

What we need from you

Experience & qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (B2B, preferably with brand owners or technology products).
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate tech into commercial value.
  • Language skills: Business proficiency in French and English; German is an asset.
  • Bachelor degree

Soft skills

  • Quick learner with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver and relationship builder.

Why this role might not be for you

  • The office language is French — most office banter and jokes are in French.
  • We’re based in Vevey and expect at least 3 days/week in-person.
  • The team is mostly engineers; conversations can get technical.
  • If you’re planning to stay only a year or two before moving on, this role may not be a good fit — our products, sales cycles and the technical expertise buyers expect take time to learn and take time to convert into sales.
