We are proud to report that AlpVision has successfully passed the ISO 9001-2015 re-audit. The ISO 9001:2015 standard, issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), specifies requirements for a quality management system within organizations. Obtaining and maintaining the certification status is based on a 3-year cycle: an initial or re/audit followed by two surveillance audits.
AlpVision is working with SGS, a Swiss multinational company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, which provides inspection, verification, testing, and certification services. The ISO 9001 certification is extremely important for AlpVision as it guarantees a high level of organizational quality and assures durability, both of which are extremely important factors when it comes to highly confidential security solutions. AlpVision has also put in place processes and procedures for ISO/IEC 27001, a standard with a focus on information security management. All solutions provided by AlpVision are software-based and are therefore crucial for us to guarantee that our IT environment and related processes are secure and under full control.
